Private Process Serving in the Czech Republic ...
... is not considered a breach of Czech Republic's law.
The Czech Republic is a signatory to the Hague Service Convention. According to this convention
the service should be effected by a judicial (legal) officer or by a clerk of court.
Though, this method of service is recommended,
service by a private agent is available and not prohibited by law.
Czech courts are generally very slow (see some resources below, please). The procedures here take months,
many of them take years. Some cases have been before the Czech courts for more than a decade.
That's why asking Czech court for assistance doesn't seem to be a good idea when looking
for the most efficient method of process service.
All depends only on whether your court (in your country) would consider
private process serving to the Czech Republic as acceptable.
