Affidavits of Service Within civil proceedings, an affidavit is the evidence that service of process has been effected. We will provide sworn Affidavits of Service and Attempts of Service. The Affidavit will be sworn in either the originating or destination country depending on client requirements. The Affidavit can be authenticated by a notary public. A full written reports are provided with our Affidavits. Witness Statements We can locate witnesses and get their statements for you along with photographic or video evidence as required. Translating Services We can get all documents, affidavits or witness statements to be translated into or from the Czech language by an accredited translation bureau.
